Complaints Procedure

Here at Mrs Baker's Cake School, we want you to be happy with the product or service that you have paid for. We work hard to provide great service and have many years worth of very satisfied customers. 

If you want to make a complaint about a product or service provided by Mrs Baker's Cake School, we ask that you put it to us in writing to 1 Forum Close, Swindon SN3 4BU.

Once we have received your letter, we will examine the issues and look at the ways in which we can resolve your complaint. We will put this to you in writing within 28 days of receipt of your complaint.
